FG Roberts Gluten Free Plain Flour is a well-established and well known staple: a convenient vegetarian/vegan multi-purpose product which is ideal in general baking and often as a replacement for wheat flour in most applications. FG Roberts Gluten Free Plain Flour contains maize starch, tapioca starch, rice and soy flours. The product is low sodium. Our plain flour contains no added sodium, sugars, fats, animal products, minerals, vitamins, artificial colours, flavours or flavour enhancers.
It contains less than 10ppm of sulphites. No preservatives are used or added by the company. There is a small amount of sulphur dioxide present in the maize and tapioca starches used. All ingredients are non-genetically modified. The soy and rice flours have been “precooked” and dried (prior to milling) to enhance flavour, convenience and keeping qualities. Wherever possible, Australian ingredients are used. Suggested uses:
