Hi all. The itinerary for this trip will partly follow this North Queensland Tourism guide but in a flexible way. We are going to visit the best options on this guide but we will also get off the beaten track and visit other destinations that we have researched that are known by locals as great experiences. We believe in tasting, living and breathing the culture where we visit. The trip is essentially a trip to the Cape but along the way we are going to have fun. So the itinerary will develop over time and can even change during the event due to time constraints, weather and many other factors that are out of our control. Natural attractions like a swim in safe natural spring water waterfall generally take precedence over visiting a museum for instance. On the way back we will be taking a slightly different route on occasions to visit the suggested either or or's in the guide. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tJp5uHTyt9h9-ltjKmB_DHt94v1kN0R1/view?usp=sharing
ACCOMMODATION
You should expect the minimum, a no facilities campsite and we have a great portable shower set up and loo but we will also stay at a two places that have facilities.
It is an exciting time to travel after the wet season has finished.
A finalised itinerary will be advised. Itinerary can change depending on weather, access, road closures, Government guidelines and time.
